Kalina Tomova
I’ve spent most of my career working across technology, consulting and talent - often at the intersection of people, growth and systems.
As I progressed, I became increasingly aware of how different the experience can feel for women in technical environments. As well as - the higher you go, the fewer people you see who look or sound like you, and the harder it can be to access honest conversations, role models and meaningful support.
I started WomenWise after seeing this pattern repeat itself. What began as a grassroots space for small gatherings grew into a wider community, driven by the belief: women don’t need to change who they are to succeed but they do need better access, representation and support along the way.
My work today focuses on creating spaces where those conversations can happen openly, and where women feel less alone navigating their careers.

She is passionate about building impactful, user-focused data solutions across industries. Mentorship played a key role in her early career, and she’s excited to support others through the WomenWise Mentorship Programme. Outside of work she enjoys arts and exhibitions, the outdoors, and cooking.
