Following the sign-up phase, mentees will be invited for a brief interview to ensure a good fit for the Programme. This is an opportunity for the program coordinators to understand the mentee’s specific needs and aspirations.

After the interview, the matching process will pair mentees with mentors based on compatibility and goals.
